Characteristic of Being“Severe in Winter and Mild in Summer”of Psoriasis

季节变化是银屑病病情变化的常见原因,银屑病往往冬季发病或加重,夏季病情减轻,呈现出"冬重夏轻"的季节特征。本文基于银屑病"冬重夏轻"的发病特点,对季节变化与银屑病病情的相关性进行探讨,认为季节变化引起的相关致病因素的变化,作用于机体,诱导银屑病的发病、病情的加重或减轻,从而与银屑病产生密切关系。通过对银屑病"冬重夏轻"发病特点的论述,为银屑病的防治措施提供季节相关的理论参考。

Seasonal change is a common reason for the progression of psoriasis.Psoriasis is often aggravated obviously in winter and relieved in summer,showing the seasonal characteristic of being"severe in winter and mild in summer".Based on the seasonal characteristic,this paper discusses the correlation between seasonal change and the condition of psoriasis.The authors hold that the changes of related pathogenic factors caused by seasonal changes act on the body.It induces the pathogenesis,aggravation or relief of psoriasis,which is closely related to psoriasis.Through the exposition of the incidence characteristics of psoriasis being"severe in winter and mild in summer",this paper provides a seasonal theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of psoriasis.
