摘要
现代戏剧节建立起剧人的吁请渠道,剧人对戏剧发展的诸多不满借此更为集中地表述。娱乐捐是国民党对戏剧的压榨,细数抗战胜利后剧运颓势的原因,高额税捐必是主因之一。在为抗战募捐的同时,因国民党对戏剧只问捐募、不求发展的态度,导致戏剧行业面临深重负担。剧人募捐救济同业之时,反而常遭遇来自国民党的阻力,甚至戏剧节为贫病剧人募捐仍需缴纳捐税。剧场在抗战时期成为稀缺品,抗战之后却因国民党“劫收”、租金飞涨或“生意眼”等原因,剧场已成为剧人的奢望。
The modern theater festival has set up a channel for dramatists to appeal to,representing more of their dissatisfaction with the development of drama.Entertainment tax is Kuomintang’s oppression of drama.Heavy taxation must be the major reason for the decline of drama after the victory of Anti-Japanese war.At the same time,because the Kuomintang only asked for donations without seeking development,the drama industry was heavily burdened.When the dramatists raised money to help their peers,they often encountered resistance from the Kuomintang authorities.Even if the drama festival raised money for the poor and sick dramatists,they still had to pay taxes.Theater became a rarity during the Anti-Japanese War,but after the war,because of the Kuomintang’s“looting”,skyrocketing rent or“business eye”,theater became a luxury for the dramatists.
