Construction and Application Strategies of Multi-system Interactive Elderly Care System

随着人工智能、大数据、物联网等新技术的普及与应用,养老服务智能化的趋势不可逆转,必将形成基于多系统互动的智慧养老服务体系运行架构。这不仅带来养老服务供给效率的提升,还会催生新的养老服务产品和模式,推动整个养老产业链的重构。然而处于起步阶段的我国智慧养老的发展仍面临不少现实困境:一是以智慧养老为基础的居家养老服务体系尚未成型;二是当前关于智慧养老技术发展的定位仍未明晰;三是目前社会对智慧养老的接受能力和市场环境不容乐观。因此,在发展智慧养老的过程中,需要明确智慧养老的功能角色,充分考虑老年人的技术接纳度与伦理问题,树立“人文型智慧养老”的理念,厘清老年人与智能技术间的博弈关系。

With the popularization and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and the Internet,the trend of intelligent elderly care is irreversible,and the operational structure of intelligent elderly care system based on multi-system interaction will be formed.This not only brings about the improvement of the efficiency of the supply of elderly care,but also gives birth to new elderly care products and models,and promotes the reconstruction of the whole elderly care industry chain.However,in the initial stage,China’s intelligent elderly care development is still facing a lot of practical dilemmas.On the one hand,the home-based elderly care system based on smart elderly care has not yet taken shape;on the other hand,the current position on the development of smart elderly care technology is still not clear.Therefore,in the process of developing intelligent elderly care,it is necessary to clarify the functional role of intelligent elderly care,fully consider the technical acceptance and ethical problems of the elderly,establish the notion of“humanist smart elderly care”and clarify the game relationship between the elderly and the intelligence technology.
