益生菌联合还原型谷胱甘肽对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能及血脂水平的影响

Effect of Probiotics Combined with Reduced Glutathione on Liver Function and Blood Lipid Level in Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的:探讨益生菌联合还原型谷胱甘肽对非酒精性脂肪肝(Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)患者肝功能、血脂水平的影响。方法:选取于2017年4月—2019年2月间焦作市第二人民医院NAFLD患者102例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51)。常规治疗基础上,对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益生菌治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后肝功能、血脂水平。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,观察组92.16%高于对照组76.47%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平较低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较高(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗NAFLD患者疗效显著,可促进肝功能恢复,降低血脂水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of probiotics combined with glutathione on liver function and blood lipid level in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:102 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51).On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,liver function and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the level of ALT,GGT,AST,TG,LDL-C,TC and HDL-C were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with reduced glutathione is effective in the treatment of NAFLD,which can promote the recovery of liver function and reduce the level of blood lipid.
