中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的中西医治疗进展

Progress in Treatment of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)是一种常见眼底病,发病机制不确切,虽有一定自限性,但易复发,部分患者可进展为慢性中浆,慢性及反复发作的患者如不及时有效地医治,则会导致不可逆的视力损害。慢性CSC的治疗研究是眼科临床领域的一大重点与难点,西医尚无特效治疗手段,近年来中医治疗本病取得一定成果,综述回顾近年中西医治疗该病的国内外新进展,展现出中西医结合治疗本病的优势与前景。

Central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)is a common fundus disease,the pathogenesis is still not clear.Although the disease has certain self limitation,it is easy to relapse,and some patients can progress to chronic CSC.If the patients with chronic and recurrent attacks are not treated timely and effectively,they will lead to irreversible visual impairment.The treatment and research of chronic CSC has always been a major focus and difficulty in the field of ophthalmology.Western medicine has no specific treatment.In recent years,Chinese medicine has made certain achievements in the treatment of this disease.In this paper,the latest progress of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of CSC at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed,showing the advantages and prospects of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease.
