以直肠功能训练为主的康复护理措施对中风患者便秘的干预效果分析

Analysis of Intervention Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Measures Based on Rectal Function Training on Constipation in Stroke Patients

目的:分析研究以直肠功能训练为主的康复护理措施对中风患者便秘的干预效果。方法:选取2017年10月—2018年12月期间在广东省阳江市中医医院接受治疗的中风后便秘患者54例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各27例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予以直肠功能训练为主的康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理前两组便秘、腹胀、自主排便、每日排便1次及以上、药物或栓剂辅助的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率(77.78%)显著高于对照组(29.63%)(P<0.05);研究组焦虑和抑郁情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以直肠功能训练为主的康复护理措施对中风患者便秘的干预效果较为显著,可有效改善患者的排便功能。

Objective:To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing measures based on rectal function training on constipation in stroke patients.Methods:54 cases of post-stroke constipation treated in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given rehabilitation nursing with rectal function training.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing in constipation,abdominal distension,spontaneous defecation,defecation once or more per day,drug or suppository assistance(P>0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group after nursing was significantly better than that in the control group.The effective rate of treatment in the study group(77.78%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(29.63%)(P<0.05),and the anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing measures mainly based on rectal function training can effectively improve the defecation function of stroke patients.
