阶段目标性护理干预对卒中后偏瘫患者康复锻炼依从性及日常生活自理能力评分的影响

Effect of Stage-targeted Nursing Intervention on the Compliance of Rehabilitation Exercise and ADL Score in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:探讨阶段目标性护理干预对卒中后偏瘫患者康复锻炼依从性及日常生活自理能力评分(ADL)的影响。方法:选取于2018年12月—2020年6月间收入新乡市第一人民医院的卒中后偏瘫患者120例。采用随机数字表法分为干预组(60例)与常规组(60例),常规组给予基础护理,干预组采取阶段目标性护理。观察两组患者康复锻炼依从性及生活自理能力。结果:干预组康复锻炼总依从率96.66%优于常规组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,ADL评分均减少,而干预组下降幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对卒中后偏瘫患者采取阶段目标性护理可有效提高康复锻炼依从性、改善生活自理能力,提高临床效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of stage-targeted nursing intervention on rehabilitation exercise compliance and ADL score in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group(60 cases)and the routine group(60 cases).The routine group received basic nursing,and the intervention group received staged-targeted nursing.The rehabilitation exercise compliance and self-care ability of the two groups of patients were recorded.Results:The total compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the intervention group was better than that of the routine group(96.66%vs.83.33%,P<0.05).After the intervention,the ADL scores all reduced,but the reduction in the intervention group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking stage-targeted nursing for patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can effectively improve rehabilitation exercises compliance,self-care ability in life and clinical results.
