综合护理对行人工股骨头置换术老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Elderly Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fracture Patients Undergoing Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

目的:探讨综合护理对行人工股骨头置换术老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的影响。方法:回顾性收集2018年4月—2019年10月焦作卫生医药学校附属医院收治的行人工股骨头置换术的98例老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,行常规护理患者47例纳入对照组,行综合护理患者51例纳入观察组。观察护理干预后两组髋关节功能、并发症发生率。结果:观察组髋关节功能优良率较对照组高;观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对行人工股骨头置换术的老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者行综合护理,可提高患者髋关节功能,减少并发症发生风险,利于预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.Methods:The clinical data of 98 elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures who underwent artificial femoral head replacement and treated in the hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively collected.47 patients who underwent routine care were included in the control group,and 51 patients who underwent comprehensive care were included in the observation group.After nursing intervention,the hip joint function and complication rate of the two groups’patients were observed.Results:The excellent rate of hip joint function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing provided for elderly osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement can effectively improve the hip joint function of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and benefit the prognosis of patients.
