马来西亚沐若水电站重力坝溢流面台阶式综合消能设计与检验

摘要 为解决马来西亚沐若水电站坝址所在河谷狭窄,地质条件较差,高水头泄洪消能的问题,根据该水电站重力坝无闸门控制表孔泄洪的特点,通过水气两相流数值计算和水力学模型试验研究,采用了"宽尾墩+前置掺气挑坎+坝面台阶+出口挑流"的综合消能方式。大坝建成后,经历了超校核洪水的考验,相关设计成果得到了验证。运行实践表明综合消能方式是成功的,设计研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。 Murum Hydropower Station in Malaysia are characterized with narrow valley,poor geological conditions and high water head.In order to solve flood discharge and energy dissipation problem,we carried out hydraulics numerical calculation of water-air two phased flow and hydraulic model test.Considering the flood discharge from surface outlets without gate control of Murum Hydropower Station,a composite energy dissipation technology of"flaring pier+aerated flip bucket in front+stepped outlet bottom surface+deflecting energy dissipation at outlet end"was adopted.The energy facilities experienced trial of over check flood after the dam was built and the relevant design results have been verified.The practices showed that the composite energy dissipation technology is available and the results can provide reference for the other similar projects.
