摘要
为了提高刚度较小材料作为约束层的约束阻尼结构的阻尼性能,通过单点锤击试验研究了增铺马赛克约束阻尼结构的传递函数曲线和复合损耗因子等特性,探讨了增铺马赛克的方式以及层数对结构的单位力振动响应、复合损耗因子等阻尼性能的影响规律。结果表明:相较于传统的约束阻尼结构,正铺马赛克约束阻尼结构的单位力振动响应值为5.69 m/(s^(2)·N),降低了27.42%,复合损耗因子为0.1215,提高了29.81%,铺设2层马赛克约束阻尼结构的振动响应值仅为4.05 m/(s^(2)·N),复合损耗因子达0.2223,减振性能进一步提升,在两层马赛克之间增铺1 mm的阻尼层,振动响应值与复合损耗因子的变化均不明显。
In order to improve the damping properties of constrained damping structure when the material with small stiffness was used as the constraint layer,the transmission function curves and compound loss factor of constrained damping structure with laying of mosaic in constraint layer was studied by single point hammer test.And the effect law of constrained damping structure with laying of mosaic in constraint layer on the damping properties,such as vibration response under unit force and compound loss factor was discussed.The results showed that compared to traditional constrainted damping structure,constrained damping structure with ingle mosaic constraint layer of the vibration response under unit force was 5.69 m/(s^(2)·N),reduced by 27.42%.The compound loss factor was 0.1215,increased by 29.81%.The vibration response under unit force of constrained damping structure with two layers of mosaic was 4.05 m/(s^(2)·N),the compound loss factor was 0.2223,which further enhanced the performance of vibration reduction.If increasing the spread between two layers of mosaic 1 mm of damping layer,the changes of the vibration response values and compound loss factor were not obvious.
