均布载荷作用下胶接悬臂梁的静态响应分析

摘要 利用材料力学假设方法研究了胶接悬臂梁在均布载荷作用下的变形计算和胶层内剪切应力的分布问题,并利用算例说明了梁的变形和胶接层内剪切应力随不同E_(2)/E_(1)时的变化情况。算例结果表明,胶接梁挠度变化曲线和胶层内剪切应力分布曲线都随着E_(2)/E_(1)的增大呈下降趋势,且胶层内剪切应力峰值靠近固定端一侧。 The calculation of deformation and the distribution of shear stress in the adhesive layer of a cantilever beam under uniform load are studied by using the material mechanics hypothesis method,the deformation of the beam and the variation of the shear stress in the adhesive layer with different E_(2)/E_(1) is illustrated by an example.The results show that the deflection curve of the adhesive beam and the distribution curve of the shear stress in the adhesive layer decrease with the increase of E_(2)/E_(1),moreover,the peak value of shear stress in the adhesive layer is near to the fixed end.
