摘要
基于车身模块化设计概念,初步提出一种车身局部模态贡献度的评价方法,并将此方法应用于车身结构的优化设计之中。对客车车身整体按照设计要求进行了模块化分组,采用虚拟材料参数的方法依次调整各局部模块的模态性能参数,通过考察整车模态的变化情况,计算获得各局部模块对整车模态的贡献度,并据此找到影响整车模态的敏感区域。在此评价方法的基础上,采用局部拓扑优化方法对敏感区域的局部结构进行优化设计,通过仿真对比与验证试验表明,应用提出的评价方法可以使车身整体的模态性能得到快速有效的提升,并为车身的模块化设计提供有效的技术指导。
Based on the concept of vehicle body modular design,an evaluation method for local modal contribution of vehicle body is proposed and applied to the optimization design of vehicle body structure.In this paper,the whole bus body is divided into modular groups according to the design requirements,and the modal performance parameters of each local module are adjusted in turn by using the method of virtual material parameters.The contribution of each local module to the vehicle modal is calculated by examining the change of the vehicle modal,and the sensitive area affecting the vehicle modal is found accordingly.Based on the evaluation method,the local topology optimization method is used to optimize the local structure of the sensitive area.Through the simulation comparison and verification test,it is shown that the application of the evaluation method proposed in this paper can improve the modal performance of the whole body quickly and effectively,and provide effective technical guidance for the modular design of the body.
