复配菌剂强化高分子质量聚丙烯酰胺的矿化研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用生物法强化聚丙烯酰胺的降解,针对其生物降解的2个主要过程:酰胺基水解和长碳链断裂,分别筛选并纯化针对聚丙烯酰胺酰胺基的降解菌S-1、S-2和针对长碳链的降解菌G-1、G-2。经16S r DNA鉴定,4株菌分别属于人苍白杆菌(Ochrobactrum anthropi),威尼斯不动杆菌(Acinetobacter venetianus),假苍白杆菌(Pseudochrobatrum sp.)和蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。为提高降解菌的适应能力以及对聚丙烯酰胺的降解能力,对2类降解菌进行复配培养。结果表明:复配菌剂S-2&G-2对聚丙烯酰胺的降解效果最为显著,聚丙烯酰胺降解率能达到69%,含聚废水的黏度由1.61 m Pa·s降至1.24 m Pa·s,具有一定的协同作用。复配菌剂对100 mg/L聚丙烯酰胺溶液的TOC去除率可达60%。红外图谱结果显示,复配菌剂能够断裂聚丙烯酰胺长碳链以及酰胺基,推测这些化学基团可作为细菌生长发育的碳源和氮源。 The biodegradation of PAM is enhanced by biological method,aiming at the two main biodegradation processes of PAM:amide group hydrolysis and long carbon chain breaking,and the degrading bacteria S-1 and S-2 for PAM amide group and G-1 and G-2 for long carbon chain are screened and purified respectively.After 16S rDNA identification,the four strains are identified as Ochrobactrum anthropi,Acinetobacter venetianus,Pseudochrobatrum sp.and Bacillus cereus.In order to improve the adaptability of degrading bacteria and the ability to degrade PAM,two kinds of degrading bacteria are cultured.The results show that the compound bacteria S-2&G-2 have the most significant degradation effect on PAM,the degradation rate of PAM can reach 69%,and the viscosity of the polymerized wastewater decreases from 1.61 mPa·s to 1.24 mPa·s.The TOC removal rate of 100 mg/L PAM solution is 60%.The results of the infrared map show that the compound microbial agents can break the long carbon chain and amide group of PAM,and it is speculated that these chemical groups can be used as carbon and nitrogen sources for the growth and development of bacteria.
