摘要
为寻找抗污损活性先导化合物,通过硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析对海绵共附生真菌Penicillium sp. YZ-7次级代谢产物的化学成分进行分离,借助现代波谱学技术(NMR、MS、IR等)及文献数据确定分离得到的化合物,并以海洋污损细菌为抗污损活性筛选模型对化合物进行抗污损活性初步评价。从真菌Penicillium sp. YZ-7中分离得到9个化合物,结构鉴定为:麦角甾醇(1)、(22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (2)、(22E,24R)-5α,6α-epoxy-ergosta-8,22-dien-3β,7α-diol (3)、醌茜素(4)、环(脯氨酸-甘氨酸)(5)、N-乙酰基酪胺(6)、N-乙酰基色胺(7)、己六醇(8)、木糖醇(9)。化合物3和4对三种污损细菌有中等强度的抑制作用。
In order to find the leading compounds of antifouling activity,the secondary metabolites of marine sponge-derived fungus Penicillium sp.YZ-7 is puried by means of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Structures of the obtained compounds are established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis(NMR,MS,IR,etc.)as well as by comparison with the data of literatures,and antifouling activity of the compounds is evaluated by the screening model of marine fouling bacteria.Nine compounds are isolated from Penicillium sp.YZ-7,and are idenfied to be ergosterol(1),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(2),(22E,24R)-5α,6α-epoxy-ergosta-8,22-dien-3β,7α-diol(3),skyrin(4),cyclo(Pro-Gly)(5),N-acetyltyramine(6)、N-acetyltryptamine(7),hexanehexol(8)and xylitol(9),respectively.Compounds3and4have moderate inhibitory effects on three kinds of fouling bacteria.
