康复训练联合间歇性经口至食管管饲法在脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者中的应用

Application of rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal feeding in stroke patients with dysphagia

目的探讨康复训练联合间歇性经口至食管管饲法在脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月~2020年6月抚州市第一人民医院收治的60例脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组行常规吞咽功能训练,观察组应用康复训练联合间歇性经口至食管管饲法训练,比较两组训练后的蛙田饮水试验分级及吞咽功能治疗效果。结果观察组的蛙田饮水试验分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的吞咽功能治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者实施康复训练联合间歇性经口至食管管饲法训练,能够改善患者的吞咽功能,有效促进患者病情的康复,有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal feeding in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke and dysphagia who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine swallowing function training,and the observation group received rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding training.The grading of frog field drinking test and the treatment effect of swallowing function were compared between the two groups after training.Results The classification of frog field drinking water test in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of swallowing function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding training for stroke patients with dysphagia can improve the swallowing function of the patients and effectively promote the rehabilitation of the patient′s condition,which has a high application value.
