预见性护理对精神分裂症患者自杀行为的影响

Effect of predictive nursing on suicidal behavior of patients with schizo-phrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症患者实施预见性护理对自杀行为的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2020年4月江西省上饶市第三人民医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=41)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用常规护理+预见性护理干预,两组均干预4周。比较两组的自杀行为发生率,比较干预前及干预4周后两组的行为活动评定量表(BARS)、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分。结果观察组的自杀行为发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的BARS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周后,两组的BARS评分低于干预前,且观察组的BARS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会技能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周后,两组的日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会技能评分高于干预前,且观察组的日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会技能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者实施预见性护理,可有效降低自杀行为发生,减少行为冲动症状,改善社会功能。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on suicidal behavior in schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia treated in Shangrao Third People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=41).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were given routine nursing+predictive nursing intervention,all patients were intervened for 4 weeks.The incidence of suicidal behavior and the behavioral activity rating scale(BARS)before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention and the social function rating scale(SSPI)scores of inpatients with mental illness were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of suicide in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the BARS scores of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention,the BARS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the BARS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the scores of daily living ability,motility and interaction,and social skills of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of activities of daily living,motility and communication,and social skills in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of daily living ability,motility and communication,and social skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing predictive care among schizophrenic patients can effectively reduce the incidence of suicidal behavior,can effectively reduce behavioral impulse symptoms and improve social function.
