临床护理路径对维持性血液透析并发症的影响

Influence of clinical nursing pathway on complications of maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨临床护理路径对维持性血液透析(MHD)并发症的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年12月湖北省孝感市中心医院收治的75例MHD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(40例)与对照组(35例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组加用临床护理路径干预方法,两组均持续护理14 d。比较两组的并发症发生情况、护理前后护理依从性、护理前后生存质量及护理满意度。结果试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后的护理依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径干预能降低MHD患者并发症的发生,提高护理依从性、生存质量及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on complications of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 75 patients with MHD treated in Xiaogan Central Hospital,Hubei Province from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(35 cases).The control group was given routine nursing method,and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous nursing for 14 days.The complications,nursing compliance,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway intervention can reduce the incidence of complications in MHD patients,and improvement of nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
