植物纤维调控污泥基建筑涂料性能的研究

摘要 针对市政污泥的综合利用问题,采用立式打浆机(PFI)对废旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纤维进行磨浆处理,研究了磨浆转数和纤维添加量对污泥基涂料性能的影响。结果表明,磨浆处理转数为3000 r/min和纤维添加量为1.0%(相对于绝干污泥)时,磨浆效果为最佳。随着植物纤维添加量的增大,涂料的黏度、表面张力和触变指数呈下降的趋势;添加植物纤维对涂料的透水性、耐水性、耐碱性等均没有产生不良影响,且涂层附着力可达到0级,表面硬度可达到4H。另外,污泥基涂料中的有害物质如挥发性有机物和重金属含量均符合国家标准GB 24408—2009的要求。 For the comprehensive utilization of municipal sludge,the old corrugated container(OCC)is refined with a PFI refiner,and the parameters such as the length,width and topography of the OCC fiber are analyzed.The effects of fiber length and addition amount on the performance of sludge-based architectural coatings are studied.The results show that the optimal fiber refining treatment speed is 3000 r/min and the addition amount is 1.0%(relative to the dry sludge).The quality properties such as viscosity and surface tension of the coating products after the addition of OCC fibers decreased,and the thixotropic index shows a downward trend.There are no adverse effects on other application properties such as water permeability,water resistance and alkali resistance of the coatings,at the same time,its hardness reaches 4 H,and the adhesion is grade 0.The content of harmful substances such as volatile organic compounds and heavy metals in sludgebased architectural coatings meets the requirements of national standard GB 24408—2009.
