一种环保型涂料的质量控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 以环氧树脂和甲氧基硅烷为主要原料,制备了环氧改性有机硅树脂,并以此树脂为成膜物质,配以功能性助剂和颜填料,研制了一种环保型聚硅氧烷涂料。对涂层的质量进行了研究,结果表明,所研制的涂料具有优异的防腐性能和耐候性能,而且涂料VOC含量较低,固含量在95%以上,属于环境友好型涂料。将它和进口硅氧烷涂料进行了对比,研究发现,它们在各方面的性能基本保持一致。 An epoxy modified silicone resin is prepared from epoxy resin and methoxyl silane as main raw materials.A siloxane coating is prepared using the silicone resin as film-forming material in addition to functional additives.The coating properties are tested.The results show that the coating has excellent anticorrosive properties and weatherability,and has a low VOC content and high solid content(more than 95%)regarded as an environmental friendly coating.Moreover,The coating exhibts the similar comprehensive performance as compared with the imported coating of its kind.
