摘要 分别从油漆喷涂、养护及涂层表面处理等施工环节,进行无机富锌漆工艺模拟试验;重点研究了喷涂设备、喷涂手法、固化时间以及涂层表面处理等工艺参数对无机锌涂层的性能影响。实验研究结果表明,涂层性能的优劣与施工工艺密切相关。 Viewed from the spraying,curing and surface treatment,etc.this article carries out a simulation test for the inorganic zinc-rich coating process.The effects of spraying equipment,spraying method,curing time and surface treatment on the film properties are investigated in particular.The results show that the coating performance is closely related to the coating process.
