摘要 考察自制的一次性超滑硅胶导尿管、一次性超滑乳胶导尿管、亲水球囊扩张导管亲水涂层的附着力。方法是采用摩擦系数测试仪分别对3种医用导管未涂涂层、有涂层及浸泡后管体反复测试30次摩擦系数,并对测试后的管体进行染色。结果表明,相较于未涂涂层管体,亲水涂层导管摩擦系数降低了90%以上;30次摩擦系数测试后涂层摩擦系数均<0.1,且U2/U1≤1,测试后的涂层可被均匀染色。3种自制导管亲水涂层的附着力良好。 The adhesion of hydrophilic coating on self-prepared hyper-slippery silicone catheter,hyper-slippery latex catheter and hydrophilic balloon dilation catheter is tested.The friction coefficient of uncoated,coated and immersed tubes are tested by friction coefficient tester for 30 times,and then they are stained with Congo red.The results show that the friction coefficient of coated tubes is decreased by 90%as compared to uncoated tubes.After chafing for 30 times,the friction coefficient of the coating is less than 0.1.The coating can be dyed uniformly and U2/U1≤1.It is revealed that the adhesion of the three self-prepared hydrophilic catheters are excellent.
