摘要
针对某电厂ZGM95G型中速磨煤机制粉系统煤粉细度偏差大、不同粉管煤粉细度均匀性差、飞灰可燃物偏高、锅炉结焦等问题,进行了分离器转速特性试验、磨煤机通风量试验、一次粉管风速调平试验、磨煤机出力试验、磨煤机加载力试验。试验结果表明,磨煤机出力与动态分离器转速不匹配是煤粉细度偏差大的主要原因之一;磨煤机出力与磨煤机风量不匹配是另一个主要原因;一次粉管风速调平对煤粉细度均匀性影响较大。经过试验优化得出了新的磨煤机出力与分离器转速及磨煤机风量对应曲线和新的磨煤机粉管风速控制范围,优化后,磨煤机煤粉细度得到明显改善。
Aiming at the problems of large deviation of pulverized coal fineness,poor uniformity of pulverized coal fineness in different pulverized coal pipes,high combustible content in fly ash and coking in boiler in the ZGM95G medium speed pulverizer system of a power plant,the speed characteristic test of separator,ventilation rate test of pulverizer,wind speed leveling test of primary pulverized coal pipe,output test of pulverizer and loading force test of pulverizer were carried out.The test results showed that the mismatch between the output of the mill and the rotating speed of the dynamic separator was one of the main reasons for the large deviation of pulverized coal fineness;the mismatch between the output of the mill and the air volume of the mill was another major cause;the primary pulverized coal pipe air speed leveling had major effect on the uniformity of pulverized coal fineness.Through experimental optimization,the corresponding curves of the new mill output and separator speed and mill air volume and the new control range of mill powder pipe air speed are obtained.After the optimization,the fineness of pulverized coal in the mill is obviously improved.
