摘要
针对某钢企采用低压透平油电液调节系统的小型汽轮发电机组甩负荷试验异常,通过对停机电磁阀信号动作、构件弹簧刚度、蓄能器供油三个方面进行分析,指出弹簧刚度和油压不平衡是造成异常的原因,并给出相关建议。
A small turbine generator unit with low pressure turbine oil electro-hydraulic control system in a steel enterprise had an abnormal load rejection test.Through analy⁃sis of the signal action of shutdown solenoid valve,spring stiffness of component and oil supply of accumulator,it was pointed out that the imbalance of spring stiffness and oil pressure had been the cause of the abnormal test,and relevant suggestions were provided.
