摘要
鞍钢股份炼铁总厂西区煤粉区域冷却水冷却设备后,直接排放,根据现场实际运行情况,增加自循环设备,改进后采用自循环工艺,配套土建、电器、自动化等相关专业工程,将原来直排冷却水回收再利用,减少外排水量,节约能源,降低上游供水和下游污水处理厂的工作压力。
The cooling water in the west area of the ironmaking plant of AnSteel was directly discharged after the equipment was cooled.According to the actual operation on site,a self circulation equipment was added.After the improvement,the self circulation process is adopted,with supporting civil engineering,electrical appliances,automation and other related professional projects,so as to recycle the original direct discharge cooling water,reduce the external drainage,save energy,and reduce the working pressure of upstream water supply and downstream sewage treatment plant.
