摘要 为减少鼓风式环冷机的能耗,提高环冷余热的发电效率,促进环冷机更好运行,探讨了一种炼铁厂烧结环冷机风道装置。该装置可以减少风机之间由于相互作用力产生的风机效率损失,通过对环冷机节能技术进行针对性的研究,提出相应的改进和优化,实现了良好的社会效益和经济效益,达到了节能的效果。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of the blast type circular cooler,increase the power generation efficiency of the waste heat of the circular cooler,and improve the operation of the circular cooler equipment,an air duct device of the sintering circular cooler in the ironmaking plant was discussed.The device can improve the low fan efficiency caused by the interaction between fans.Through targeted research on the energy-saving technology of the circular cooler,corresponding improvement and optimization are put forward,achieving good social and economic benefits and reaching the goal of energy saving.
