Lamb波相控阵监测及其集成系统实现

摘要 航空航天、风电、高速轨道交通等领域的结构安全性问题历来受到广泛的关注,结构健康检测研究与应用具有重要的意义。其中,Lamb波相控阵损伤监测利用导波指向性特性以及Lamb波对小损伤敏感等特点,成为研究的热点。文章分析了Lamb波相控阵损伤检测方法基本原理,研究设计了集成化Lamb波相控阵监测方法与系统技术,采用时分复用原则,实现传感器网络中激励和传感之间的快速切换,并通过动态控制声束的偏转与聚焦。在典型工程结构试件上,文章对研究的技术和原型系统进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,文章研究技术可以简便地实现Lamb波相控阵损伤监测,具有较好的监测效果。 Structural safety has been paid attention to widespread in aerospace,wind power,high speed rail transportation,etc.The research and application of structural health monitoring(SHM)is of great significance to ensure the structural safety.Lamb wave phased array based damage monitoring method is one of the research hotspot due to its directivity and the sensitivity to small damages.After the basic principle of Lamb wave phased array damage detection method is analyzed,the integrated Lamb wave phased array detection method and system technology are studied and designed,in which the time division multiplexing principle is adopted to realize the fast switch between excitation and sensor in sensor network.The deflection and focusing of sound beam can be also dynamically controlled.The experimental results show that the technology designed in this paper can easily achieve the damage monitoring of Lamb wave phased array,and the damage can be detected well.
