摘要
结合光纤损耗机理与黏度匹配分析,从光纤应力分布、拉丝工艺等方面着手研究,通过优化预制棒沉积工艺和改善拉丝条件来制备低损耗G.654E单模光纤,并采用光时域反射仪(OTDR)检测光纤成缆后的衰减分布。结果表明,经优化后的单模光纤1550nm、1625nm波长处的衰减典型值分别是0.167dB/km、0.181dB/km,能够满足我国100Gb/s以上高速光通信传输的发展需求。
Based on the scattering mechanism of the fiber and analysis of glass viscosity match,and taken into account some aspects such as the stress distribution of optical fiber,drawing technique and so on,low-loss G.654 E optical fiber is fabricated by optimizing the deposition technique of optical fiber preform and improving drawing condition.Meanwhile,it is tested by the optical instrument OTDR.The research results show that the typical attenuation of optical fiber is 0.167 dB/km and 0.181 dB/km at 1550 nm and 1625 nm wavelength respectively,and the optical fiber also can meet the developing requirements of over 100 Gb/s high-rate optical fiber communication system.
