摘要
为保证电缆在发生火灾时的稳定可靠运行以及在燃烧发生时不产生有毒气体,降低电缆敷设施工过程难度,提高电缆柔软度及运行安全性,进行了自保护型低压柔性防火电缆的研制。通过结构设计、材料选择、关键工序的控制,使所设计的电缆具有高阻燃、防火、柔性、自保护、外径小、无卤低烟等特点。
In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the cable in case of fire,ensure that the cable do not produce toxic gas when burning,reduce the difficulty of laying construction process of cable,and improve the flexibility and operation safety of cable,a self-protection low-voltage flexible fireproof cable is developed.Through the structure design,material selection and key process control,the designed cable has the characteristics of high flame retardant,fire protection,flexibility,self-protection,small outer diameter,halogen-free and low smoke.
