摘要
目的介绍开源放疗质控信息管理系统(QA Track+系统)及其本地化部署流程和初步应用情况。方法基于质控服务器软硬件系统配置,制定满足本中心需求的本地化部署策略,利用防火墙设置和分级设置确保服务器与各网络信息交互时的数据安全,利用Python语言编制个性化的质控管理序列。回顾性分析2019年11月至2020年7月美国瓦里安公司EDGE加速器日检质控数据,并以图表形式展示分析周期内日检指标的分布情况。结果QA Track+开源软件平台具有软硬件兼容性好,质控序列可编辑性强,数据网络结构安全性强等特点。结论可用于放疗中心质控项目的记录、批量存储与分析,以及基于先验知识为输入项的加速器性能指标趋势预测与分析等工作,可为其他放疗中心开展相关质控工作提供数据参考和技术支持。
Objective To introduce the open source radiotherapy quality control information management system(QA Track+system),its localized deployment process and preliminary application.Methods Based on the software and hardware system of the quality control server,formulated a localized deployment strategy that meeted the needs of the center,used firewall settings and hierarchical settings to ensure data security when the server interacted with various network information,and Python language was used to compile the personalized quality control management sequence.The daily inspection quality control data of Varian EDGE accelerator from November 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the distribution of daily inspection indexes within the analysis period was presented in the form of a chart.Results QA Track+open source software platform had the characteristics of good compatibility of software and hardware,strong editability of quality control sequence and strong security of data network structure.Conclusion It can be used for recording,batch storage and analysis of radiotherapy QA projects,as well as trend prediction and analysis of accelerator performance indicators based on prior knowledge as input items,etc.It can provide data reference and technical support for other radiotherapy centers to carry out related quality control work.
