国产放疗信息系统的部署及临床应用创新 被引量:6

Innovation of the Deployment and Clinical Application for Domestic Radiotherapy Information System

摘要 目的部署YINO放疗信息系统(Radiotherapy Information System,RTIS)并进行二次开发,完善其功能,研发新的应用模块,建设符合本科室实际需求的RTIS并评估其临床应用价值。方法依据科室放疗流程化管理及个性化需求,以客户服务器(C/S)架构模式,采用SQL Server 2008数据库结构,遵循DICOM及HL7等国际通用协议,运用C#和Java编程语言及开发工具,基于院内局域网,搭建RTIS并进行合作研发。结果优化了放疗流程并在各个环节引进了审核机制,确保每个环节的信息输入与输出得到有效的保障;完善了软件功能,实现了无纸化办公,每年节省纸张近1万张;设计并开发了新的模块,包括定位预约管理模块、日程安排模块和任务管理模块等;解决了复杂网络及数据结构下的信息整合及流程化管理,构建了一款功能完善、方便高效的集成化RTIS,运行近5年,安全稳定,数据可靠,工作效率平均提高了87.8%以上,促进了科室标准化、规范化和统一化的管理。结论YINO RTIS可移植性强、灵活度高,共存性好,经过共同研发及定制修改,其能较好地满足了科室信息数据管理的需求,使科室更好地实现了电子化,信息化及流程化的管理,同时提高了科室整体的工作效率及放疗流程质控水平,是放疗资源高效利用和放疗信息化的良好平台。 Objective To deploy and carry out secondary development for the YINO radiotherapy information system(RTIS)to further perfect its application modules and function which can be better to meet the requirements of department,and to evaluate its clinical application value.Methods According to the personalized requirements of radiotherapy process management,the clientserver(C/S)model,along with SQL Server 2008 database structure,DICOM and HL7 standards,was adopted to establish the RTIS based on the local area network.Then to make customized modifications by C#and Java language.Results The radiotherapy process management was further optimized,and review mechanism was brought to every aspects so as to ensure that the input/output of information was right;software function was improved and paperless office was realized to save nearly 10000 pieces of paper per year;new modules including positioning reservation management system,patient treatment scheduling system and task management system was designed and developed;The information integration and process management were realized and a well-functioning,convenient and efficient RTIS was constructed.the RTIS has been running for nearly 5 years and efficiency increased by 87.8%,which was safe and stable and promoted the standardized management of the department.Conclusion YINO RTIS,which has better portability,flexibility and co-existence,makes the department better realize the electronization,informatization and processize management,and improve the overall work efficiency of the department and the level of quality assurance and control.
