Techniques for Efficient Production and Cultivation of Carrot in Autumn

胡萝卜是居民日常生活中不可或缺的一种重要蔬菜作物,因其营养丰富,富含胡萝卜素、维生素等营养成分,深受广大消费者的喜爱,但其栽培管理水平的缺乏限制了胡萝卜产业的发展。笔者主要从品种选择到采收的生产全过程,对秋季胡萝卜的生产栽培技术进行了总结,以供种植户参考。

Carrot is an importantly indispensable vegetable crop in people’s daily life.It is favoured by the consumers because of its rich nutrition,rich in carotene and vitamins,etc,but the lack of cultivation and management limits the development of the carrot industry.From the variety selection to harvest,we summarized the techniques for production and cultivationof autumn carrot for the grower’s reference.
