国家生态文明试验区建设“贵州新路”的脱贫攻坚经验——基于玉屏侗族自治县的考察

Experience of Poverty Alleviation in the Construction of“Guizhou New Road”in National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zone:An Investigation Based on Yuping Dong Autonomous County

贵州省作为首批国家生态文明试验区,在实践中先行先试、积极探索,逐步走出了一条有别于东部不同于西部其他省份的“贵州新路”。文章通过对玉屏侗族自治县生态产业脱贫攻坚机制的应用、发展特色生态产业助推脱贫攻坚的效果、推进生态产业脱贫攻坚的基本经验的分析,认为玉屏坚持生态产业脱贫攻坚是走国家生态文明试验区建设“贵州新路”的生动实践,具有一定的典型意义。本研究有助于深入认识贵州在推进国家生态文明试验区建设中,实现民族地区生态产业脱贫攻坚的经验。

As one of the first batch of national ecological civilization experimental areas,Guizhou Province has taken the lead in practice and actively explored,and gradually embarked on a“Guizhou New Road”which is different from the eastern and other western provinces.Based on the analysis of the application of eco industry poverty alleviation mechanism in Yuping Dong Autonomous County,the effect of developing characteristic eco-industry to boost poverty alleviation,and the basic experience of promoting eco-industry poverty alleviation,this paper holds that adhering to eco industry poverty alleviation in Yuping is a vivid practice of building“Guizhou New Road”in the national eco-culture experimental area,which has a certain typical significance.This study is helpful to deeply understand the experience of Guizhou in promoting the construction of national ecological civilization Experimental Zone and realizing the poverty alleviation of ecological industry in ethnic areas.
