“专业-课程-学科”的“双非”高校专业共生体系探索与实践——以航空“双非”高校的产业知识融合为例

Exploration and Practice of Majors’Symbiosis System(“Majorcurriculum-discipline”)in“Double-non-class”University:A Case Study of the Integration of Aviation Industry Knowledge of“Double-non-class”Universities

“双一流”建设明确了学科、专业与课程的融合发展要求,“双非”高校要想在“双一流”建设背景下改变和打破影响力不足、学科竞争力缺乏的魔咒,其路径必须依托专业共生体系,以专业为共生单元,通过学科、课程特色建设支撑共生体系,构建纵向、横向与交叉“三向”共生的运行模式。南昌航空大学经济管理学院通过近10年的实践,构建了“专业-课程-学科”的共生环境与共生机制。具体措施是打造平台课程、编写航空经济类管理教材,培育跨专业教师团队,依托有特色的航空产业科学研究成果、专业管理经验为共生基质,创新创业能力培养平台、校内外实习实践基地为共生界面,最终形成了资源共享、平台共用、成果互鉴且充满共生能量的共生系统。

Under the background of“double-class”construction,the path of changing and breaking the lack of influence and the lack of magic spell of discipline competitiveness is to rely on the Majors’Symbiosis System(MSS),take the major as the symbiotic unit,and the discipline and curriculum support the symbiotic system through the characteristic construction.After nearly 10 years of practice,the School of Economics and Management of Nanchang Hangkong University has built a symbiotic mechanism and environment,created platform courses,compiled aviation economic management teaching materials,cultivated a cross-professional team of teachers,based on the characteristic aviation industry knowledge and scientific research results,professional management experience as a symbiotic matrix,innovative entrepreneurial ability training platform,practice base inside and outside the school as a symbiotic interface,and finally formed a symbiotic system full of symbiotic energy for resource sharing,platform sharing mutual learning of achievements.
