马钢高炉粗煤气系统卸灰改造设计

摘要 按照国家钢铁工业环境保护政策的有关要求,马钢公司对炼铁总厂南区的四座高炉粗煤气系统卸灰设施进行了密闭和改进,以满足粗煤气系统卸灰作业的环保和安全。通过对现有粗煤气系统密闭卸灰流程优、缺点的分析,本文提出了相应的优化改进措施,并对相关设施参数进行了设计计算。改造后,密闭卸灰系统运行良好,达到了粗煤气系统卸灰过程环保、安全的目的。 In accordance with the relevant requirements of the national policy on environmental protection industry in the iron and steel industry,Masteel company has sealed and improved the ash unloading facilities of four blast furnace crude gas systems in the southern district of the total ironmaking plant,to meet the environmental protection and safety of coarse gas system ash unloading.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the closed ash unloading process of the existing coarse gas system,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization improvement measures,and the relevant facility parameters are designed and calculated.After the transformation,the closed ash unloading system runs well and achieves the goal of environmental protection and safety in the process of crude gas ash unloading.
