Practice and application of intelligent batching and water distribution in sintering plant

天钢联合特钢230 m~2烧结机为了提高烧结配料和配水的准确性,对仓壁振动电机与配料皮带秤进行连锁智能控制,改进石灰仓料位监测装置并与石灰气力输送系统进行连锁控制,在混合机前后增加微波水分检测仪及自动加水控制系统。本文以230 m~2烧结机为例,简要介绍了烧结配料、配水系统的自动控制与智能控制对烧结的影响,并客观地分析了智能配料和配水的实际应用情况和应用效果。

In order to improve the accuracy of sintering batching and water distribution,230 m2 sintering machine in Tiangang United Special Steel Company carried out interlocking intelligent control of bin wall vibration motor and batching belt scale,improving material level monitoring equipment for lime bin,and interlocking control with lime pneumatic conveying system,added microwave moisture detector before and after the mixer and automatic water adding control system.Using 230 m2 sintering machine as a practical case,this paper briefly introduces the influence of automatic control and intelligent control of sinter batching and water distribution system on sinter burdening,analyzing objectively the actual application situation and application effect of sinter intelligent batching and water distribution.
