摘要
冶金固废综合利用,高效回收其中的金属资源是各冶金企业重点研究的科题。目前天铁公司各生产系统每天要产生大量的除尘灰、微粒渣钢、瓦斯灰等含铁物料,为此,本文探讨和研究了使用烧结系统处理这些含铁固废的工艺技术。在保证烧结矿质量的前提下,平稳、有序消耗这些含铁固废,即可改善生产作业环境,又可为企业创造效益,真正实现资源、环境与经济的可持续性发展。
The comprehensive utilization of metallurgical solid waste and the efficient recovery of metal resources are the metallurgical enterprise key research subject.At present,Tiantie company each production system produce a large amount of dusting ash,particulate slag steel,gas ash and other iron-containing solid waste every day,therefore this paper discusses and studies the technology of using sintering system to treat these iron-containing solid waste.On the premise of ensuring the quality of sinter ore,smooth and orderly consumption of these iron-containing solid wastes can improve the production operating environment and create benefits for enterprises,truly realize the sustainable development of resources,environment and economy.
