摘要
宣钢公司为提升SWRH82B盘条质量,满足用户高级别钢绞线生产需求,针对SWRH82B钢拉拔脆断现象,对转炉、精炼、连铸机等环节进行了一系列工艺优化。在炼钢工序执行新工艺后,SWRH82B盘条整体质量明显提升,钢成分极差降低,O、N及P元素含量明显下降,铸坯碳偏析合格率提升,盘条单位面积夹杂物个数减少,最大夹杂物尺寸减小。盘条能够稳定拉拔到Φ3.18 mm不断丝,提高了盘条的综合性能,实现了产品升级,取得了较好效果。
In order to improve the quality of SWRH82B wire rod and meet the production demand of high grade steel strand of users,aiming at the brittle fracture of SWRH82B steel in drawing,a series of process optimization for converter procedure,refining procedure and continuous caster procedure were carried out by Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company.After the implementation of the new process in the steelmaking procedure,the overall quality of SWRH82B casting blank is improved obviously,reduction of composition difference,the content of O,N and P decreased significantly in steel,the number of inclusions per unit area decreased,the maximum inclusion size decreases,the qualified rate of carbon segregation in casting blank is increased.The wire rod can be drawn stably toΦ3.18 mm,The comprehensive performance of wire rod is improved,the product upgrade is realized,and good effect is obtained.
