国际先进棒材轧钢技术综述

The review of international advanced technology on bar rolling

热轧棒材涵盖普通棒材、优特钢棒材等,它们广泛用于建筑、桥梁、航空航天、汽车制造领域,是用量大、用图广的轧钢产品。目前国内产线愈1 500条。本文总结了近年来国际上在热轧棒材领域新技术研发和应用情况,重点介绍了用于普通棒材生产的无头轧制、连铸连轧、微型工厂等先进技术,以及用于优特钢棒生产的四辊减定径技术、轧钢智能化关键技术、智能化工厂等先进技术。

Hot-rolled bars cover common bars and excellent bar of special steels etc.,they are used wide in construction,bridges,aerospace,automobile making field,and are the largest amount used and most widely used type of rolled steel,at present the domestic production line is more than 1,500.This paper summarizes the development and application of new technology in hot-rolled bar field in recent years in international,emphases introduced advanced technology used to common bar production,like headless rolling,continuous casting and continuous rolling,micro factories etc.,and advanced technology used to excellent bar production,like four-roll diameter reducing and sizing technology,intelligence steel rolling key technology,intelligence factory etc.
