摘要 本文简要分析了进口设备φ273 mm全管体相控阵超声检测系统现存的问题,及其进行国产化的必要性,重点介绍了该检测设备的国产化改造及对设计缺陷改进的具体实施过程。国产化改造后,设备零部件在性能、精度和寿命上比原有的进口备件更高,操作更加便捷,减少了维修时间,降低了维修成本,避免了不必要的人力、物力及财力的消耗。 This paper briefly analyzes the imported equipment existing problems ofφ273 mm full tube phased array ultrasonic detection system and the necessity of equipment localization transformation,and major introduce the localization transformation of the testing equipment and the concrete implementation process of the design defect improvement.After the localization transformation,the equipment parts are higher in performance,accuracy and life than the original imported spare parts,the operation is more convenient,the maintenance time is reduced,the maintenance cost is reduced,and the unnecessary manpower,material and financial resources are avoided.
