加减龙胆泻肝汤对肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征患者高雄激素血症的影响

Effect of Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction on Hyperandrogenemia in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨加减龙胆泻肝汤对肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征患者高雄激素血症的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年1月本院收治的114例肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组、研究组,每组各57例。对照组应用常规药物治疗,研究组应用加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对比两组治疗后对高雄激素血症的影响。结果:治疗后,研究组LH、FSH、LH/FSH、FT及A水平与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但PRL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组月经异常、面部痤疮、多毛及BBT单相症状与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组FINS、FPG水平低于对照组,胰岛素抵抗现象少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征的治疗中,加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗的整体效果理想,能够有效改善患者的高雄激素血症,同时不良反应的发生率较低,用药的安全性较高,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction on hyperandrogenemia in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Method:From March 2018 to January 2020,114 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were randomly divided into two groups,control group and study group,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,the study group was treated with modified Longdan Xiegan decoction,and the effect of the two groups on hyperandrogenemia was compared.Result:There were no significant differences in LH,FSH,LH/FSH,FT and A levels between the study group and the control group (P>0.05),but the PRL level was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the differences of menstrual abnormality,facial acne,hairiness and BBT single phase symptoms of two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The levels of FINS and FPG in the study group were lower than that of the control group,and the insulin resistance was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of liver channel depression fire type,the overall effect of adding and subtracting Longdan Xiegan decoction is ideal,which can effectively improve the hyperandrogenemia of the patients.At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety of medication is high,which is worth further promotion and application in clinical.
