蹲点式管理在改善基础医院护理管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Squat type Nursing Management in Improving the Quality of Grassroots Hospitals Nursing Management

目的:探析蹲点式护理管理在改善基础医院护理管理质量中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年8月-2019年8月本院基础医院护理工作人员228名纳入研究,按照随机数表法将其分对照组和研究组,各114名。对照组开展常规护理管理,研究组在常规护理管理基础上实施蹲点式护理管理。观察两组护理工作人员的综合考评成绩、自我评价、风险管控情况及护理管理质量。结果:管理实施后,研究组的护理综合评价各项得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员的不良风险事件发生率为1.75%低于对照组的8.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员在实施蹲点式护理管理后的各项自我评价得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护患沟通时间长于对照组,护理人员考核成绩、病房管理及危重护理管理质量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蹲点式护理管理可有效提高基础医院护理人员的工作主观能动性,提升护理工作效率,并通过增进护患关系提升本院基础医院护理的整体服务水平,增强风险管控能力,降低风险的发生率,进而改善基础医院护理管理质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of squat type management in improving the quality of grassroots hospitals nursing management.Method:A total of 228 nursing workers in basic hospitals of our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were included in this study,they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,114 cases in each group.The nurses in the control group were implemented routine internal care management,the nurses in the study group were implemented squat type nursing management based on routine care management.The comprehensive assessment scores,self-evaluation,risk management and control and quality of nursing management of the two groups were observed.Result:After the implementation of management,the scores of comprehensive nursing evaluation in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of adverse risk events in the study group was 1.75%,which was lower than that in the control group 8.77%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-evaluation scores of the nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group after the implementation of squat nursing management,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The communication time between nurses and patients in the study group was longer than that in the control group,the assessment scores of nursing staff,ward management and critical care management quality were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Squat type nursing management can effectively improve the subjective initiative of internal nursing staff,improve the efficiency of nursing work,improve the overall service level of medical care in the hospital by enhancing the relationship between nurses and patients,enhance the risk management and control ability,reduce the incidence of risks,and improve the quality of medical care management.
