摘要
3-氨基-4,4,4-三氟巴豆酸乙酯是一种在农药、医药和其他工业化学品合成过程中的重要活性中间体,特别适合于制备三氟甲基取代的杂环化合物。一般采用化学合成法,分为合成过程中会生成中间产物三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯或不形成三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯两种途径。分析了3-氨基-4,4,4-三氟巴豆酸乙酯合成方法的优缺点,综述了3-氨基-4,4,4-三氟巴豆酸乙酯的应用领域的研究进展,并对其发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。
Ethyl 3-amino-4,4,4-trifluorocrotonate is an important active intermediate in the synthesis of pesticides,medicines and other industrial chemicals,especially suitable for preparing trifluoromethyl substituted heterocyclic compounds.Generally,chemical synthesis method is adopted,which can be divided into two ways,on one hand,intermediate ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate will be formed;on the other hand,ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate will not be formed.The advantages and disadvantages of each method,the research progresson application of Ethyl 3-amino-4,4,4-Trifluorocrotonate and the developing trend as well as prospect for future application of ethyl 3-amino-4,4,4-trifluorocrotonate were presented.
