The separation and analysis methods of alkaloids andflavonoids,and the analysis of the compatibility and interaction of alkaloids and flavonoidswere reviewed.The main analytical methods were gas chromatography,thin layer chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry.The purpose was to summarize the research background,analytical methods and the interaction of alkaloids and Scutellariabaicalensis,so that researchers can provide reference for the analysis of alkaloids and flavonoids for further research.
