摘要
利用软锰矿、氨水等为原料,以空气为氧化剂,在氨缓冲体系下制备锰锌铁氧体软磁用高纯四氧化三锰并简要分析其反应机理。研究表明:在反应温度为60℃,氨锰摩尔比为1.8,硫酸锰液体中锰浓度为80 g/L,氨水浓度为4.85%,硫酸锰滴加速率为3.7 mL/min,氨水滴加速率为5.5 mL/min,搅拌速率300 r/min的条件下,制备得到的高纯四氧化三锰。满足锰锌铁氧体软磁用HG/T2835-1997优等品的指标要求。
High purity manganese(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)oxide for Mn-Zn ferrite soft magnetic materials were prepared by using pyrolusite and ammonia water as raw materials and air as oxidant in ammonia buffer system.The results showed that at 60℃,the molar ratio of ammonia to manganese was 1.8,the concentration of manganese in the liquid manganese sulfate was 80 g/L,the concentration of ammonia was 4.85%,the rate of dropping manganese sulfate was 3.7 mL/min,the rate of dropping ammonia was 5.5 mL/min,high purity manganese(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)oxide was prepared by stirring at a rate of 300 r/min.It can meet the requirements of HG/T2835-1997 for Mn-Zn ferrite soft magnetic products.
