超支化硼螯合树脂的制备及性能

摘要 以具有超支化结构的聚氨酯预聚体为骨架,用山梨糖醇进行封端后得到的超支化产物作为硼螯合树脂进行相关性能研究。利用FT-IR和TGA-DSC对物质的结构和热力学性能进行了表征测试,用单因素实验法研究了影响吸附性能的相关因素。结果表明该物质的初始热分解温度为205℃,终止热分解温度为475℃,当吸附时间为2.5 h、硼酸溶液浓度为25 mg/L和溶液pH为3时树脂对硼的吸附效果最好,吸附量可达12.2 mg/g。 The hyperbranched boron-chelating resins was synthesized by sorbitol and the framework of hyperbranched polyurethane prepolymer and its properties were studied.The structure and thermodynamic properties were characterized and tested by FT-IR and TGA-DSC,the factors affecting the adsorption performance were studied by single factor experiment.The results showed that the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the substance was 205℃,the end thermal decomposition temperature was 475℃.The resin had the best adsorption effect under the condition of the adsorption time was 2.5 h,the concentration of boric acid solution was 25 mg/L and the solution pH was 3,the adsorption capacity could reach 12.2 mg/g。
