螺纹管对糖蜜酒精废液传热过程强化的实验与数值模拟研究

摘要 糖蜜酒精废液COD高、黏度高、处理难度大,较为理想的多效蒸发浓缩焚烧处理技术依然有较大的传热阻力。对此,本文采用螺纹管替代光滑管来强化传热,在近似实际工况下,光滑管作参照,测试不同管参数螺纹管的传热性能。实验证实,螺纹管可显著地强化高黏度、低Re时糖蜜酒精废液的传热。本文还采用Fluent软件对过程进行数值模拟,准确直观地再现了螺纹管传热强化的微观现象,解释了螺纹管内凸肋和外凹槽对管内外流体的传热强化机理。 The molasses alcohol waste liquid has high COD,high viscosity and difficult treatment.The ideal multi-effect evaporation,concentration and incineration treatment technology still has great heat transfer resistance.The threaded pipe was used to replace the smooth pipe to enhance heat transfer.In the approximate actual working conditions,the smooth pipe was used as a reference to test the heat transfer performance of the threaded pipe with different pipe parameters.It was proved that the heat transfer of molasses alcohol waste liquor with high viscosity and low Re can be enhanced by the threaded tube.Fluent software was also used to simulate the process,and the micro phenomenon of heat transfer enhancement in the threaded pipe was reproduced accurately and intuitively,and the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement in the internal convex rib and external groove of the threaded pipe was explained.
