摘要
本研究对化合物柠檬烯-6-醇新戊酸酯的10%水乳剂的组成和抑菌活性进行了评价,采用了含毒介质法测试了它对植物病原菌的抑制作用。研究结果表明:该物质对6种植物病原菌菌丝的生长均有一定的抑制作用,其EC50在40.33~73.02 mg/L之间,其中对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用最强,EC50为40.33 mg/L。该研究为利用柠檬烯-6-醇新戊酸酯研制新型农药提供了科学依据。
The composition and antifungal activity of 10%aqueous emulsion of limonene-6-ol pivalate were evaluated,the antifungal effect against sevsral plant pathogenic fungi was tested by microbiostatic ring.The results showed that there was a certain inhibition effect of limonene-6-ol pivalate against six pathogenic fungi,the median effective concentration(EC50)of inhibiting mycelia growth were between 40.33 to 73.02 mg/L,the effect of which was most obvious against B.cinerea,EC50 was 40.33 mg/L.This research provided scientific basis for developing new type pesticide through utilizing limonene-6-ol pivalate.
