城镇污水处理厂项目建设管理问题及对策研究

在中国经济的飞速发展并进入新常态的背景下,大力发展环保产业,既是防治环境污染、改善生态环境,发展循环经济和加快推进生态文明建设的需求,也是调整经济结构、转变发展方式的必然选择。随着“十三五”规划中新一轮污水项目全面铺开建设,文章对城镇污水处理厂项目建设进行过程中暴露出各类管理问题进行分析和阐述,建议采取有效措施来解决这些问题,提高污水厂项目乃至环保项目建设管理水平。

Under the background of Chinese rapid economic development,vigorously developing environmental protection industry is not only the demand of environmental pollution preventing and the construction of ecological civilization,but also the inevitable choice of adjusting economic structure and developmental mode.With the construction of sewage projects in the 13th five-year plan,all kinds of management problems exposed in the process of sewage treatment plant were analyzed,and the effective measures to solve these problems and improve management level of sewage treatment plant projects even environmental protection projects were proposed.
