摘要
以某氨纶企业废水处理工艺中的厌氧反应器为研究对象,分析了反应器的运行特性及启动过程,对其在整个处理系统运行中所具有的厌氧氨化作用进行了分析和总结。结果表明:在容积负荷为2.3 kgCOD/(m^(3)·d),对COD的去除率稳定在60%以上。在UASB进水氨氮100~150 mg/L条件下,通过氨化作用将有机氮转化为氨氮,出水氨氮维持在250 mg/L左右,取得了良好的运行效果。为厌氧氨化工艺在高有机氮废水处理中的应用提供科学依据。
Taking the UASB reactor in the wastewater treatment process of a spandex enterprise as the research object,the operation characteristics and start-up process of the reactor were analyzed.The anaerobic ammoniation in the operation of the whole treatment system was analyzed and summarized in detail.The results showed that when volume loading was 2.3 kgCOD/(m^(3)·d),COD removal efficiency reached 60%.Under the condition of UASB influent ammonia nitrogen in 100~150 mg/L,the organic nitrogen was converted into ammonia nitrogen by ammoniation,and the effluent ammonia nitrogen was maintained at about 250 mg/L,and good operation results were achieved.These provided scientific evidences for the treatment of high organic nitrogen wastewater by anaerobic ammoniation process.
