摘要 清江石化采用MIP-CGP技术对重油催化裂化装置进行改造。改造后的标定结果表明:在不使用专用剂的情况下,100%负荷时MIP-CGP技术将催化裂化稳定汽油烯烃体积分数(荧光法)降至30%以下,下降了8%;汽油辛烷值RON和MON分别增加了1.52、0.70个单位,从而提高了汽油的抗爆指数;降低了汽油硫含量,汽油硫质量分数占原料硫质量分数的百分比至少下降了37.10%。在改善精制汽油性质的同时,还显著提高产品的总液体产品质量产率,明显减少干气质量产率与油浆质量产率。 Qingjiang petrochemical company of China petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(SINOPEC)adopted MIP-CGP process technology to transform the heavy oil catalytic unit.It started operation on September 29,2010 and operated normally for more than 4 months.The calibration results showed that the catalytic cracking stabilized gasoline olefin volume fraction(fluorescence method)can be reduced to less than 30%under 100%load of mip-cgp technology without the use of special agent,a decrease of 8%.The gasoline octane number RON and MON were increased by 1.52 and 0.7 units,respectively,which improved the knock resistance index of gasoline.The sulfur content of gasoline decreased by at least 37.10%.In addition to improving the properties of refined gasoline,the total liquid product yield of the product was significantly increased,and the dry gas yield and slurry yield were significantly reduced.
